About the Owners
Mike Nelson & his wife Jackie are lifelong residents of Avery County. Mike & Jackie love traveling in their camper and take pride in being campground owners. You can find Mike working daily on expanding the campground and adding new amenities. Whereas you can find Jackie working in her coffee shop, (Big Mike’s Coffee Shop located within walking distance, & in the middle of town.) Mike & Jackie love to meet and assist new people with anything that they may need. They take pride in being a locally owned and family operated business.
